Planet Nine is the brainchild of this guy Zach. He lives in Portland, Or., and makes apps and stuff. He's pretty sure Planet Nine is a spaceship filled with aliens who want to party. But the world needs to be a bit better before they'll party so he's working on that.
Lots of people have joined the cause over the years, if only temporarily. The nice thing about a wiki is that they can introduce themselves if they'd like.
